We understand that sometimes a piece may not meet your expectations. CatCue allows returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging.


2. Initiating a Return


To initiate a return, simply log in to your CatCue account and navigate to the Order History section. Select the order containing the item you wish to return, follow the prompts, and submit your return request. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.


3. Return Shipping


CatCue offers a convenient return process. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including a return shipping label. Please securely package the item and affix the label to the package. Drop off the package at the designated shipping location, and we'll take care of the rest.


4. Refund Process


Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for certain items.


5. Exchanges
